1. What information we collect

We collect data you provide directly: email address, name and payment information during registration. We also automatically collect IP addresses, DNS query metadata, browser type and service usage data to ensure platform operation and security.

2. How we use your data

Your data is used to provide DNS and CDN services, prevent abuse and DDoS attacks, improve performance, send service notifications and fulfill legal obligations.

3. Third-party data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted service providers (hosting, payment systems) based on contractual obligations, and with law enforcement as required by law.

4. Data retention

DNS query logs are stored for 30 days. Account data is retained for the duration of its existence plus 90 days after deletion. Payment records are kept in accordance with tax legal requirements.

5. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to access, rectify, delete or transfer your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us: privacy@mycloudns.ru. We respond to all requests within 30 days.

1. Service description

MyCloudNS provides DNS, CDN, DDoS protection, SSL certificate management and related infrastructure services (hereinafter — «Service»). These Terms govern the use of the Service.

2. Account registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities under your account.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service for illegal activities, distributing malware, conducting attacks, sending spam or any actions that violate the law.

4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

We guarantee 99.99% DNS resolution availability monthly. If SLA is not met, you may request a credit of 5% of the monthly fee per hour of downtime, up to 100% of the monthly fee. Claims must be made within 7 days of the incident.

5. Payment terms

Services are billed monthly or yearly. Payment is due within 7 days of invoice. Late payment beyond 14 days may result in Service suspension. All payments are non-refundable except as provided in the refund policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCloudNS is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days notice. We may terminate immediately for breach of Terms. After termination, your data is deleted within 30 days.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Moscow.

Cookies — are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They help websites remember your preferences and improve functionality.

2. What Cookies we use

• Essential: required for authentication, session management and basic service functionality. Cannot be disabled.
• Analytics: used to collect anonymous statistics and improve performance. Data is processed on our infrastructure.
• Preferences: remember your chosen language and interface settings.

3. Third-party Cookies

We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. All analytics are performed on MyCloudNS infrastructure.

4. Managing Cookies

You can manage cookies in your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may affect Service functionality. Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies in their privacy settings menu.

5. Updates

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Changes are published on this page with the revision date.

2. Legal basis for processing

We process personal data based on the following grounds under Article 6 of the GDPR:

• Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): for processing at your request, such as marketing communications.
• Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)): data necessary to provide DNS/CDN services.
• Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): service security, abuse prevention and performance improvement.
• Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)): data retention for tax and regulatory reporting.

3. Categories of processed data

• Identification data: name, email address
• Usage data: IP addresses, DNS query metadata, service logs
• Technical data: browser type, device information, operating system
• Financial data: payment records and transactions

4. International data transfers

Your data may be processed in data centers located in the European Union, Russia and other regions. For transfers from the EEA to third countries, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission.

5. Your rights по GDPR

As a data subject in the European Economic Area, you have the right to: access data, rectify inaccurate data, erasure (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, data portability and object to processing. To exercise your rights, contact us: gdpr@mycloudns.ru. We respond within 30 days.

6. Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

8. Complaints

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority if you believe our processing violates the GDPR.
